Does he like me if a guy never initiates contact?

He asked me out on a date and gave a the chocolate as present. And on the first date we kissed. Then the second day we hangout on a pub with his friend. That night he was showing sure signs he was interested like putting his hand on the small of my back on my leg, trying to find anyway to touch me, smiling, good eye contact, sitting close to me, holding my hand, and he kissed me. And everyone at that pub thought I were his girlfriend and said to him that his girlfriend is hot something like that. We denied we r couple but when a guy was saying the same thing to us , he hold me and kissed me on the forehead. Then after couple days , I asked him out and he said yes. We went for a dinner walked around after dinner. And we kissed couple times. But when I gave him the hints that I like him , he didn't seem like he get it. And he never initiates texts, but immediately and very enthusiastically responds. So is he interested?

It's safe to say he likes you, it's also safe to say that he's not trying to be a casual attraction. Don't freak out! He must genuinely enjoy your company if he feels intimate with you and it could really be the start of something. The key here is to not take things heavily, you both are young and it seems you two are just getting a feel for one another, trying to see if you two might have chemistry and are compatible. Yeah he definitively likes you. I agree with the other responses but would like to add that its possible he doesn't texts first cause he doesn't have to since you always do. i dont usually text first because i know that if someone wants to talk that they'll text me. It could be that he doesn't want to make you feel like he's suffocating you, so he's trying to make shure he gives you enough space. Good Luck!

think he is interested, but to shy for a first step. just keep dating for a while and give him a comfortable feeling and he will become more secure. he kissed you, so i wouldn't say he is too shy, but he want to 'keep it cool' 😉 thats why he doesn't text first
