Well, depends on your age. Ok so you're 19. You have to be mature and nice to people (not only to the girl you like). Hardworking earns respect (which is necessary for a longterm relationship). Never lie (like where you were and who you're talking too) or cheat on her. If she's is a wise woman and you have earned her trust she'll not make a fuss of your truth.
Good personality and attitude, Knows how to dress well, Good hygiene and really smell nice.

yeah not little high school girls that all they care about is looks. Because can I just say when you get older and mature the looks don't really matter much. @Chicobun Okay it's a dumb answer but there's an important point to this. If you're short and bald you're never going to be attractive to women. There are some things you can't fix.
Be tall is not in ones own control and having hair has to matter enough that it would be worth having expensive and potentially complicated hair surgery?
BanterBlitz: I don't think I can agree with your opinion. Yes those two things are something that we can't change but there are a lot of other things that we can change. For example, short guy usually is perceived as cute and nice, so why don't we focus on those and made it better? Be a nicer person, etc. It is all on the mindset I think. Everyone deserves to get a girl/guy, so if someone doesn't like you because you're short and bald, then that's okay, that's just means that they aren't for you.
