So this guy I'm dating messages me every day and we've been speaking for a good few months now as well as been on dates, but he's in the military so time spent together isn't always as often as we'd like as we live in different counties. The thing is he said I make him happy but I'm not sure whether he'd say this as a precursor to breaking up as a way of trying to be kind, or if he really meant it.
The reason I ask this is because since we spent the night together he's slowly distanced himself even though he still messages me, it's just not as often and I'm wondering if it's the start of the end, and he knows one of my priorities is to make my loved ones happy. Either way I'd just rather know so that I can move in the right direction way or another so your thoughts would be appreciated.
Do you guys think he would say this to be kind even if he didn't mean it because he feels a break up is coming, or am I over thinking it?
