i come from a different country so I can't pronounce some letters lol. He teases me about it but then in private he asks me if 'are you sure you're fine with it? I dont want to make you feel bad' why are boys like this? I hate it but i love it when he does it, sadly infront of people hehe

Actually i'd go with the idea of him liking you.. Some boys don't like to be directly kind, so we tend to express our desire by teasing the girl we like.. I'd say teasing you is his way of saying "I'm in love with your accent"
