Is he flirting when he calls me silly?

The guy I’ve been seeing for a few weeks calls me silly a lot. In the context of I’ll tell him I’m tired and saying good night now in case I fall asleep, to which he’ll respond “Well stop texting and get some sleep silly” Or “I’m hungry but not sure what I want to eat” and he says “we’ll find something before you waste away silly” He never fails to text me good morning and good night, always asking how I slept or telling me to sleep well. We text all day long. Every day. Since the night we met. And yes, we are sexually active. But I’m confused cuz at this point we are “just friends, not dating and seeing where it goes”... but neither of us is or has interest in dating other people. Just each other.

Girl. There's no way your story is 100% similar to mine! The guy I'm talking to also calls me silly but may not be interested in dating me (ig). We were like you, texting everyday, but not anymore. I don't know, but if you could ask him directly if he was flirting with you, go ahead and do it asap. I didn't even have a chance or enough brave to do that, so I was left being confused!
