My best GUY friend points out my flaws. does he like me?

my best guy friend has lately been pointing out my flaws. like he'll be drawing on my back and I asked what he was doing he said "i'm drawing acircle on one of your pimples." and NO,it wasnt a pimple. then he said "your face is ashy right there" and "your face looks oily here." And then when I get mad at him for saying it he bumps into me and gives me a hug.

does he like me. I like him, but I haven't decided if I should tell him because I don't wanna ruin our friendship

He's flirting. Definitely flirting. The odds of him liking you are in my opinion, higher than 50%. If you really want to know easily and you don't want to ask or take a risk, invite him to hang out or come to your house to hang out one of these days. If he jumps at any opportunity to hang out with you that's a sign indicating he's interested.

I don't know why, but guys often tease the girl they like. This isn't always the case, but it's often times the case. Teasing is like...being cute, he's showing he cares by teasing you. He might also like how you look when you get flustered or embarrassed.
