What does it mean when a guy says "God bless you" on the streets?

A few men younger, my age and older has said this to me in the streets within a few years, this happened earlier today from a guy in his 20's. I don't sneeze they just say it. Also these are urban areas by the way.

maybe they saw a great woman there looks great and respectful. i do that some times when i see this kinds of women , she respect by her look , she looks fully of kindness , beautiful. without any mistakes. so its a kind of i wish to have a wife like her or a quick pray for her to get a good life
