My guy friend has been very mean to me lately. Always insulting me and teasing everything I do. Why?

He’s always joked with me but it seems to only be getting worse. My friend even called him out on being a bully to me. Examples
- I was fixing my hair and he said “uhh your hair looks ugly”
-when I got dessert he said “Why are you eating desert when you have been to the gym in forever?”
-When giving instructions he said “don’t listen to her she doesn’t know what she’s talking about”

Also when I go to talk he ALWAYS interrupts me. Acting stupid or making noises so I can’t talk.

He does lightly tease others but I definitely get the worst.

He is trying to get noticed. Maybe feeling like your not giving him enough attention recently? You hurt him or pissed him off and he is being fairly passive by playing it off as a joke. He is a mean guy and his mask came off?

Some very close freind poke fun at each other in good fun but that does not sound like good fun or a teasing poke. The last one is down right rude and does not sound like someone who is a freind. By saying don't listen to her.

Feelings just can´t be helped. Personally I see no other reason he has changed his attitude. And the fact he smiles and laughs about it means that he´s flirting. Probably just testing the waters and your limits. If you want it to stop, just tell him how happy you´re with your boyfriend and he´ll most likely either become very distant or then act normal again :)

BUT he liked this other girl for years and he hadn’t seen her since I met him. After I knew him a few weeks he said he didn’t THINK he like her anymore- but if he saw her again he may fall again. Welp he ended up seeing her the other day and I’m thinking he could like her again. He stayed back to talk to her after his class and he brought her up to me later that day. Saying he wasn’t really that attracted to her but likes her personality. And he will not going to think on it much but he is trying to get from it. (no idea what that means) So he might not like me...
