Why would this girl hide her face?

So this girl liked me, or at least that's what I thought.

I got up from my seat in the classroom, and when I was coming back I looked over and she was covering her face from me with her hand.

Maybe she realized she had a pimple or something on her face that she was embarrassed knowing you will see her like that. You said she likes you, so if she does, she wants to look good for you. She was hiding something.
