I think this guy at work is trying to seduce me. He is older than me and married. He constantly stares at me, like LONG eye contact, gazing into my eyes when he talks to me. He finds ways to be around me, to ask me questions that are pointless. He also asks me questions about me and my life, when we are supposed to be focusing on work. He copies a lot of my behavior and my mannerisms, and has even started talking like me. He gets concerned about things that have to do with MY job, not his. He tries to jump in and help me when I don't need help.

Does he want me to be his side piece? What do you think he wants?

I think that he wonders about why you do things so much that it affects the way he acts. He should just ask you why you do certain things. Have this conversation with him because it sounds like he looks at you inquisically. He wants to understand why you (to him) do the weird shit that you probably think is normal.
