I like chilled out girls, girls that have a good vibe/energy that it makes you feel comfortable to simply stand there next to them without saying anything.
there's this girl at work. Beauty and a great character.
But in time I did notice something about her: she cannot handle stress. Everyone is stressed out at times, but I would appreciate it if she could simply gather her shit and do something to remove the stress source, instead of screaming, shouting, hit the desk.

Girls that do certain jokes, but when being subjected to same joke, they suddenly get upset and tell you how it wasn't nice of you. No thank you. No princesses for me.

So find that balance, no non-stop gossiping, don't feed yourself on other's misfortunes, don't blame others for your misfortunes, be kind and laid back no matter what happens, absorb and give back positive energy, don't accept anything negative from around you.
Don't turn into a toxic person and you will be fine.
