When I still lived with my family, my brother and I had to share a bathroom but the bathroom is designed so that the toilet is in a separate section from the vanity. So I could be in there doing my makeup or whatever and he could go to the bathroom with the door shut between us so there were never any issues.

Oh my brother does this all the time. I could be in there doing my hair or brushing my teeth, and he'll come in and take a leak completely unembarrassed. For the most part I ignore it, but if I'm feeling vicious, I make a snide comment about his penis (usually calling it short;)
