He keeps waiting in every way possible , he makes wait for his call , his text , even when we are gonna go out together, and when we plan something he always delay it makes me think he doesn't wanna go out with me anymore

Yeah he doesn't , he never does and it's me who always make the plans always , he never makes them not even once

Yeah i really love him , i think i never loved anyone like him but he always tells me that i'm just used to him, nothing more but i know what i feel

That helps a bit. There a some people who are so lethargic the are never on time. That other half of the situation is if you are impatient, that can make him move even slower. The fact you included no detail in your question hints at the possibility of that.

Go figure hahahaha. To be honest, when working with other people, being impatient slows everything down. My wife, not yet ex, is extremely impatient and is always leaving much later than planned. Her impatience gets everyone agitated and when she starts getting angry and tries to get people moving, it always backfires and people move more slowly. Sometimes they move faster but are spending more time going back for things they forgot. I generally don't push and tell people when I'm going to leave and do it. I've had people miss the bus but they only do that once 😀

You should drive with me one time. I have a 1964 Land Rover which has a top speed of about 60 MPH and takes its time to get there. But I get there in style. An odd style at that but in style 😀
