I ask specifically about the resoan, of Why Would a guy stare at you But when he does it, he Always has serious/focused stare at you.
He just won't look away.

One time, in class, he was staring and staring at me throu the door window. Then he came back into class, sat 2 sits away from me and started to hit his friend in the shoulder, his friend was sitting infront of us. Then he stared at me to see my reaction. Then he just left class.
