There is an experimental procedure that will replace the female nipples with male nipples to bypass the PNC but not sure that will work or not.

This means there is a possibility of the male nipples being perfectly immune to the pixelation and can be shown to the general public.

There is a man with implants, and as part of a Howard Stern show DID go to the beaches topless with no problems.
Most states allow women to breastfeed in public too.
The problem is really with our society being oversexualized to the point of indiscretions and it is a very religious society rather than naturalistic.
