Are Capricorn men slow to make a move?

A Capricorn guy is being flirty with me since months but still hasn't made a move, but every time he is getting closer, like getting more obvious in his intentions.
Should I let him be? Should I make a move? Can I help him with something? I have heard Capricorns can be slow in making decisions but this slow?

Capricorn here.. we tend to think and overthink everything, carefully making decisions that we feel that will lead to the best outcome. We are all about strategy, slow pace, and putting a lot of thought into each move.

The best way to go is put out all the signals and let him work his way up to it.
