Ever since I first started dating, I've always been treated as a piece of sex when it comes to guys. I've always found this weird because I don't dress or act in a slutty manner (I mean, I'll wear low cut shirts and tight pants from time to time, but not all the time). Of course, I've never given myself to them because they were all jerks. Plus, I want a legitimate relationship with a guy. Is it just me or is it the guys? What can I do to make myself into a girl that can be taken seriously when it comes to relationships?

Try talking to the random guys that smile at you but don't approach or joke with you. If they are coming on really strong, probably not in it for the relationship. It is not you, it is the guys - they probably just see an attractive girl that likes to have a good time (I am assuming you do) but they only want the short span of fun. Try just talking to guys without all the sex appeal on (less make-up, less sexy/showing clothes, no heels). Talk to them about random stuff, if the conversation seems way to focused on you, and not in a good way, try to steer it to them - if they clam up, leave.

I'm confused. How are you tired of being a "booty call", when you "never given" yourself to them? Are you just assuming that, that's all they want?

Guys can't treat you like a "booty call" unless you let them, let's just make that clear. I can tell a girl that I don't want a relationship, but she can keep pursuing me all she wants. I'm not gonna change my mind. Same goes for females.

Maybe once you get the impression that these guys just want "booty", stop entertaining them and stop talking to them.

You need to find different guys. There are plenty of us out there that aren't like that. Take a good hard look at how your past relationships got started, how you felt about the guy at first, and how he approached you, then change something about it. You can't keep doing things the same way and expect different results.

Is you. Girls seem to have a pattern of going for the same type of guys all the time. When I want to know what type of guys a girl likes, I ask her about her ex boyfriend.

Just think about all the guys you have hooked up with and you will see similarities.
