What does “Good talk” mean?

So this guy that is always flirting with me, was trying to talk and I had a bit of a headache so wasn’t reply completely. I mean I wasn’t ignoring him. But I wasn’t super responsive either. And I think he felt awkward because he said “Good talk” when it got quiet and then kinda just left the room. Thoughts? Opinions? I’ve never had someone say that and he’s a sarcastic asshole 70% of the time lol

Of course it was a sarcastic remark, it was not a good talk, it was terrible. You're just showing him you're not interested.

Well he did try to talk again 15 minutes later, and I recall him asking if I was okay before he left the building so maybe it wasn’t too terrible.

The dude just has a good sense of humor. He used sarcasm to express his thoughts to the whole scenario

Good talk means that he is pissed off and hurt. He felt that you didn't care about the conversation and ignored or rebuffed his attempts to properly talk to you. I would have gone after him and told him that I had a headache and I'm sorry if I was being unresponsive, myself.

Pissed off and hurt may be a little extreme for descriptors of his emotions, so think more of milder versions of them haha.

Well, if he is as sarcastic as you say he is, he just wasn't enjoying the conversation, which is why he left. Kinda hard to say though because I don't know the context.
