No one should get offended by that. Groping is another issue entirely. Many women, and a few men, have groped me, thinking it's alright. It's not.

Normally no but due to the fact that I look a lot younger than I am i tend to attract the attention of girls in their late teens I tend to get annoyed sometimes when i catch them staring.

There was this one time where I was sitting next to a 19 year old girl on the bus to work and she was on the phone and as soon as she got off her call she immediately turned and gave me "the look" and I'm just sitting there like "sigh"... Why would I get upset about something as innocent as a stare? I seldom catch women staring at me but when I do they either look away or keep staring with a blank, pseudo-angry expression, which causes me to get flustered and wonder why they're staring at me. I can never hold eye contact with them due to a couple experiences I had in high school. So I just look at them, look away, look back, repeat.

Hard to describe. And it sounds totally sexist. Men tend to be more dominating. So if they stare, it can come off a bit scary. I ran into that problem once. There was a girl I had the hots for, and I kept staring at her without saying anything. She told my friends she was scared of me. So, one day I walked up to her and tried talking to her. But it was too late. I was a creep.
Women, however, can usually get away with being creepy. At least more than men. Women are weaker, and don't pose a potential physical threat.
