From personal experience: The cheeks have (at least usually) really smooth skin. Smooth skin against smooth skin is a win in my book, also when it's a SO or someone I really like it feels great. It's not just the feeling itself but kinda the same as seeing a SO naked, because that's also a thing very few if not only you will experience. I might be weird but fuck it.
