Do guys often give angry stares when they are ignored?

For the record it’s not that he said hi to me either. He always just stares at me until I say hi and then he says hi back with a really sweet smile

I think he just has one of those faces,
Sadly, I am like this too as I have a face that looks like I am squaring up everyone until they start a conversation with me or address me.

But yeah, if he does a sweet smile when you greet him but looks angry when you haven't spoke to him yet, sounds like he is like me :'( I hope you are able to be patient with his unfortunate facial expressions <3

That is just him and you cannot assume guys generally do that. There are girls who do that too specially they are mad and want attention (or space. I don't know but it's confusing isn't it?)
