Do guys stare at girls they don't like?

Do they stare at girls they don't find attractive? Or does it always mean they're interested? I have trouble believing that. I always get a lot of stares wherever I go. I don't get approached that often as I get stared at though. Its still awkward though. It makes me think I have something on my face or something. In the past, all guys I've liked stared a lot. I never have a problem with getting noticed by them, but I wish I did. It makes me think that maybe I made it obvious that I like them or that theyre laughibg at me on the inside. maybe they think I'm pathetic or something. But even then, I see no reason to stare. If they didn't like me, why do they look at me? Makes no sense. So why do guys stare alot? Is it because I look weird, ugly, or ridiculous? Do guys stare at ugly people?
