He doesn't talk to me when he's online?

Theres this guy I've been talking to online, he's online all the time but doesn't ever say hi to me right away. I can see that he's actively on but he doesn't say hi to me for hours. I'm tired of being the one to say it, I don't know if he's sitting there thinking the same thing or if he's just chatting it up with everyone but me but it's driving me krazy! He always says he can't wait to talk to me then he doesn't.What is going on?

There are VARIOUS possibilities.

1. He's playing/doing something and doesn't see that you have logged on.

2. He's not sure what to say therefore he says nothing instead.

3. He is deceiving you into thinking he's interested when he's not. (doubt it)

4. I can't think of any more at the moment but I'm sure there are numerous other possible explanations.
