I mean, majority of guys I speak to always end up turning the conversation sexual? Like why do they do this? Does this mean they genuinely like the girl or do they jus wanna use the girl for sex?

They aren't always, but at 17-18, their hormones are raging. Some guys will be more aggressive like that, but not all. If that is all you get, something is up with people you hang with or the energy you are emitting says "sex" and they are responding to it.

ok good. because the energy a person gives off can be an influence. may just be the types of people you are drawing in your crowed. it may be your body shape, highly attractive and if you project lack of confidence, they think they can do that. if a woman projects high confidence, high self esteem, charm... e. g. imagine like Princess Kate, guys less likely to play that coin. So some of this may be responding to what you are saying, sub consciously. That's why I asked if you were assaulted.
