So he msgs me everyday to check to see if I’m okay I don’t understand why he’s always checking up on me he msgs me once or twice a day asking if I’m okay

For a few month we flirt with each other a bit he says me and him are strong and he loves that I’m there for him he always calls me crazy but we’ve never spoke about what we are

He definitely sounds as if he is attached to you but it is hard to tell if it is a good or bad thing. Depends on what you want to have in a significant other. Speaking from the position of a rehabilitated clingy guy, he means no harm but does need to get himself in check. There is something to be had from time apart and not always being in each others company or in conversation. People need time to think and long for one another. In my experience, it is how great relationships can be made. If he starts taking it farther or gets really annoying you need to explain your stance. If he really likes you, he will listen and respect your wishes.

We had an argument wants and I told him to never speak to me again he musnt of wanted to leave me alone cos he kept saying he was busy and making reasons of why the problem was caused I’ve told him to cut me off without meaning it several times but he never has he just argues back and says he’s busy sometimes when I tell him to leave me alone when we have a disagreement he’ll blank my texts then when I message him the next day it’s all forgotten about

Well considering all this then it is likely time to move on. I have seen my fair share of toxic relationships and this sounds like it may be working in that direction if not already there. Some people are not meant to be together even though feelings may exist. It happens. At the end of the day all that really matters is what is best for you and your well-being.
