Big boobs and small boobs all have their plusses and minuses.

For instance:
1. Big boobs are great for titty fucking and motor boating but are usually less sensitive and give the woman back problems which she will complain about.
2. Small boobs are not great for titty fucking or motor boating but are usually more sensitive (so nipple play is better) and the woman will never have back problems from her boobs.

As far as attractiveness is concerned, yeah, boobs can have an impact, but animal sexuality is much hotter.

To be fair, there is nothing special about any size.
It's just as you've said "Everyone has their preferences".
In terms of appeal, other than one's own personal opinion, there is literally no argument you could give to make one "better" than the other. It's simply subjective.
In terms of health.. Small boobs neither sag that much, nor do they hurt your back as you get older.

I tend towards thinner girls (often petite girls), and that normally comes with smaller boobs (yes, exceptions exist). But, it's just a preference, like anything else. Not many men will pass a girl over because of the size of her boobs, be they bigger or smaller than his preference.

big tits tend to sag sooner, n in general just look like fat. i prefer smaller tits, because the woman is generally more fit or has a slimmer body. also they look more elegant. kinda like a roman statue, while bigger boobs look almost sloppy. then again im not too pickym its just a preferance.

I don't think there's any basic explanation. There could be an evolutionary explanation, the concept of "balance". Men are attracted to small breasted women because they're trying to balance out the big breasted women on his side of the family. It could be instinctual.
