Cup sizes are supposed to be based on the difference between your bust and under-bust measurements.
1" difference is an A cup.
2" difference is a B cup.
3" difference is a C cup.
4" difference is D cup.

Do you know the measurements of your bust and under-bust? I'll bet there is more than a one or two inch difference.
First it is not true that all guys dislike A/B cups and all guys only like bigger boob sizes.
To me, it is very true that more than a handful is a waste. It is a delight to me to me to cup breasts in my hands and boobs can be too big to cup - i don't want that.
Second I like slender girls and that is more important than large boobs to me. Slender girls naturally have smaller breasts. A big breasted slender girl is a contradiction. Sounds like you would be delightfully slender. Men are realistic on slender girls not having K cups. If we want slender we are choosing small cups. If we want large cups we are choosing plump girls.
Third, nipples are more important than breast volume. Most Asian girls have really good nipples - far better than European girls. As you are Thai I am sure you have good nips. Nipples stand out more on smaller breasts and that makes them more exciting to us.
Don't consider a boob job. Yes they can look good but they don't feel so good. At 20 you will have lovely firm breasts so don't wreck them.

There are plenty of guys who like and appreciate the boobs you have. I can't speak for Thai culture, but in the US, there's no shortage of guys who are perfectly happy with a girl with small boobs, especially if she is petite in general. And here, implants have mostly fallen out of favor, having peaked in the 1990s.
