My ex didn't delete all of our pictures

my ex goes on facebook all the time. he went through his pictures and deleted some of the ones of us. however, he ended up leaving most of them up, which doesn't make sense to me.

does this mean he's not over me?

Even if a relationship ends roughly, its not to assume that everything that happened was bad. He might have left pictures of good times or, for that matter, pictures that he though he looked good in, give him the player aspect. He might not have anything against you at all, but maybe he just didn't want people thinking he wasn't over you if he still had pictures of stuff like you two holding hands or something. Look at the pictures and see if maybe he chose to keep ones that just look like two friends hanging out rather than two people dating.

there are some where he's visibly holding on to my hip or with my head on his shoulder. one's where I'm sitting on his lap.

He may not be completely over you, then again maybe he just didn't like the other pictures. I'm assuming none of those pictures are his profile pictures, so people won't see them unless they go digging for them.

maybe or it could mean though its over he doesn't just want to forget you like you never existed

Maybe he liked the way he looked in the picture. lol no but in all seriousness It could be a good memory for him, or if you ended on good terms he still wants to keep you close. But since he did delete some of the pictures, may indicate that he is trying to get rid of some of those memories. I don't know it could go either way, guys don't really think to hard on this kind of stuff.

If you are asking questions about what he is doing that means you want him back. You shouldn't worry about what others are doing, just live your life. He is your ex for a reason...and there is always a reason. Just don't think about it.
