Virgins are always preferred by traditional guys, who tend to be the most masculine
however it doesn't always shake out that way.
I mean here in New York around 50% of girls lose their virginity at age 16. so its pretty rare.

  Not necessarily. I rather expect that women who remain chaste into their 20's don't have a strong sex drive or they are sexually unadventurous. Kinky dominants men typically want a submissive who is sexually adventurous and has a strong sex drive.

I have preferred a woman who has had an experience or two. Virgins tend to come with some psychological issues once you have been with them.
