Why is it okay if a woman slaps a man, but if a man slaps a woman it's not okay?

This one is kinda easy. Men are stronger... Or at least most of the time. I think a slap used to mean the same thing as a girls slap which is a wake up disrespect slap but what guys did is misuse it with abuse. Just look up all the girls black bruised faces. I'm not saying I'm not for equality. I totally am. But in this situation I can partly see why. Even at the end of the day however, if a guy is careful and easy enough it can be done lightly. But only in extreme cases, like once a year, the only way I think I could ever do it, is to snap her out of something, like a what was that for? Well it got you thinking about something else aka the thank you I needed that slap. But even then I could not see myself doing it anyway

Christianity has had a big impact on society. The bible says women are to be treated as the weaker vessel, meaning carefully. Those who are practicing Christians, or just nicer conservatives, don't wish to do that to a woman.

I'd even only be okay slapping a woman if she had a knife, restraining a women I'm less timid about but even that is something I'd like to avoid. Men can take a few slaps/scratches.

No one should place a hand on one another.
Things happen and tempers will flare, it happens.
But I honestly lose some respect for them that could never be replaced, they need to have more self control than that. Guys need to keep in mind whether or not the woman is 'tough' 'strong' 'hits like a man' she is a woman and is just not as tough or strong as you. Keep your mind right and hands together.
If it's getting physical, it's a sure sign maybe y'all aren't quite as compatible as ya thought.

I don't think it's okay to hit anyone, period. Unless self defense or if someone is, you know touching you sexually without consent. Otherwise I can't come up with many more situations it would be okay to slap/hit someone

Most women are physically weaker and more vulnerable than men, so men are expected to defuse the situation without violence. I would prefer it if women didn’t slap and hit men, but life is what it is.
