There is no right to hitting anyone.

there is however some basic physics and common sense

if a 6’6 rugby player was hit by a 5’2 guy who was a 1/4 of his weight hit him, he would not hit the guy back, as he would do serious damage.

Equally it is a far better person who just laughs it off if a girl slaps you.

i can’t slap someone, I would need to punch them.

That's a double standard, some of the movies or comedies etc. woman had hitted into a man for his bad attitude, etc. Mainly in old times.
