Do good guys use women just for sex?

If a guy lies about his intentions to a woman and leads her to believe he wants a relationship while only wanting sex... does that make him a bad guy? Also, what if he is cheating on a fiance with another woman for sex.

Is it possible that he is still a good guy or just a dirt bag?

I wonder as there is this guy who seems likable by others and is loved by his fiance... yet he cheats and tried to use me for sex.

What makes you think he's a good guy if he behaves like that? Lying, cheating and manipulating others for his own benefit, especially if he keeps doing it for a long period of time, are the telltale signs of a sociopath or narcissist. So no, he isn't a good guy. Stay away from him, he will hurt you and others, and you will later regret it

This ain't Disney. Many terrible, terrible people are very likeable. That helps with their decisions. Hard to use people if people don't want to be around you.
