In my case, I can only have violent types of anger. I don't know any other type. If I get angry I want to fight, but if I'm around people I care about it's not them I want to fight. I have managed to get control of these things studying Stoicism in particular. It teaches things like this:randysrandom.com/.../marcus-aurelius2.jpgAnd I find that keeping such thoughts in mind wards off the angry thoughts as soon as they appear. But my anger is still purely violent. I see people talking about anger as a healthy emotion to feel, and it isn't in my case. I can't feel it in any way except an urge to fight. The only time I could think of it as healthy is when fighting is actually the best solution to a problem.

It also depends what makes a guy that angry. If it happens often then there is definitely a mental health issue. I do it very rarely.
But I’m not the one that causes the anger. The guys who do this blame other people or factors in their lives. Plus, I’ve never lived with them.
well most guys don't. I think i might have punched my wall once in my life following some real traumatic shit i found out.So if it's so common for you to always see guys engaging in that, then the common denominator is you. Either you turn normal guys crazy, or you just seem to attract the crazy ones.
