Guy who dumped me, contacts me after 10 months. What should I do? Help? Mens opinion?

So this guy I had been seeing for about 9 months dumps me last year. I have feelings for him so I am very hesitant about seeing him again. I am afraid to get hurt again.. He starting writing two months ago, and I kinder enjoy that the roles have changed. Should i give him a chance? He probably wants sex, i know. But could there be more?

I don't know if I am deluding myself by hoping, that we had something since he still thinks of me so long after. I would really appreciate mens perspective on it.

It depends on what you're talking about with him. Just casual conversation? Or is he constantly asking for pics or hookups? I know how it feels to like someone who wants one thing from you - sex. Don't let that cloud your judgement of what you think they truly want.
