If someone thinks you look good without makeup it's not to take you sown apperance wise so they can keep you as their partner? They say that because they think you look good without makeup.

if you dont care, then you are not insecure. Then you just dont bother with it, liking someone or not doesn't matter. What is it that makes the guy insecure, because giving a compliment saying they look good without makeup isn't grounds to say that person is insecure in any way. Thats a compliment to a person using or not using makeup items.
