When a guy says “you look good today”, does that mean you usually don’t look as good on other days?

My friends with benefits said it to me the other night and I’ve been overthinking it ever since lol.
Then, after I left his house we were texting a little and he repeated it in text: “you looked really good tonight”.
Does that mean he thinks I just look average every other time I see him?

The only thing I did differently when I saw him that night was wear dressy clothes as I had a date before seeing him. Usually when I see him I wear casual clothes. But my makeup is always the same.
