I'm addicted to female attention?

Each day I try to get attention from women. Even when I'm in relationships I want to at least talk to women and make them feel pretty and hot.

Why am I so addicted to talking to them?
It goes from fun talks to sexy talks. From serious to comedy.
It's nice, but I don't always know what to think of myself.

It could be something as a source of validation. Knowing that you have the ability to make individuals feel good and also reassure yourself that although you are in a relationship your ability to attract and impress women has not worn out or gotten rusty. Have you ever communicated this to your significant other? Think as to whether you consider it cheating or not?

I think it's acceptable to talk to others while in a relationship as long as it does not surpass the boundary of what normal friends would talk about. Obviously this is very subjective and the social dynamics and characters between friend groups differ.

Do you feel as though this addiction is rooted from behaviours in the past or a lack of attention from your girlfriend?

Yes it could really be validation. I have talked to several girlfriends about it and some were okay with whatever I did and some totally not.

It used to be lack of attention from one of my exes. It grew into just wanting nudes. And then it grew into just talking about whatever and being friends with benefits but online.

Do you feel as though having these women to talk to makes you feel more confident and without them you would feel any less confident?

Awww no. I have had a mate in that situation and I think he is currently going through the same thing. So it's not really just for sexual behaviour anymore, its developed into the desire for actual conversation and connections?

That used to be it. To be honest it has kinda grown into being a prevy guy now. Which has gotten me into some situations I shouldn't have been in. But always found out afterwards.

That could very well be it! Just wanting the connection. But even in a good relationship I keep having this.

If you're purposefully seeking other connections with women when in a relationship, is your relationship fulfilling enough for you? Serious question. Sometimes good isn't fulfilling enough.
