Guy's Behavior

MY CRUSH SENT ME FRIEND REQUEST ON FACEBOOK, BUT I CHANGED COLLEGE 5 MONTHS AGO. WE NEVER TALKED MUCH IN REAL LIFE, DOES HE WANT TO SAY SOMETHING?

I had a HUGE CRUSH on this guy since 1 year. I'm a GIRL (I TOLD NOBODY about him). He was NOT MY CLASSMATE, NOT EVEN A FRIEND.
He is athletic, friendly and knew many people in college. WE ONLY HAD SOME SMALL TALKS. He would generally say Hi to me when i talked with his group.
ONE DAY, I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY MAJOR, i was on my WAY to withdraw from college then HE SAW ME AND LOOKED AWAY but we happened to go on the same building.
There was awkward silence.
Then we talked a bit and he asked me "You're going to office for what?"
ME : "I'm leaving this college cuz i wanna change my major."
He was shocked, asked me WHY, but after my response he told me "It happens and what are you gonna do? You're lucky that you got the chance to change it".
EVEN AFTER I LEFT MY COLLEGE AND NOW HAVING A NEW LIFE, he's still Following me, Liking all my photos on Instagram but (I'm not following him) BECAUSE WE AREN'T FRIENDS IN REAL LIFE.
He recently sent a friend request on Facebook, after 5 MONTHS (I'm wondering WHY? WE'RE NOT IN THE SAME CITY ANYMORE, and not even friends!!).
He DIDN'T added other 2 girls he KNOWS BETTER than me on Facebook WHY ONLY ME? YET HE DIDN'T TEXTED ME. What's going on his mind?
