I'm 29, i would love to have a fling w/ an 18 year old. I did when I was 16 and it was fun. However, I wouldn't seriously date her, too little in common.

Now, specifically, I would never date an employee. Even if the company allows it (they shouldn't), its just a bad idea.

At most companies, a supervisor dating one of their employees is considered unethical and could led to the termination of both. At companies where both spouses work, they are normally under two different directorates so one will never of a supervisor of the other.

  When you were in high school guys acted all mature they didn't bounce of the walls run in the hall ways or making fun of the teacher. Guys my age acted so immature they made fun of the teachers and run in the hall ways.

Some advice for you -- doesn't matter if he likes you or not.
1) Don't EVER date your boss, corollary, don't shit where you eat. You WILL eventually lose your job
2) Don't date someone 10 years older until you're at least 21, preferably 25.

I'll have you know that there are really relationships out there ranging from ages of 14 30 or 15 - 25 etc etc.

It's by law illegeal, but ultimately she has the say. As long as she doesn't feel uncomfortable, abused and such, i don't see anything wrong. Of course the two must be careful for people not to find out, which isn;t always easy.
