This guy who likes me has embarrassed himself in front of me, and ended up didn't come to class the next day. Is it because of me?

I know this guy has a crush one me. One day he embarrassed himself by consecutively dropping things in front of me, and he actually looked nervous & shy around me.

I'm not sure whether he felt embarrassed by it or not. But he didn't come class the next day when he usually comes everytime?

It's easy to make assumptions, but from my perspective, it really could have just been a coincidence. Maybe he wasn't feeling well or maybe he just decided to study instead of going to class. Of course, you could be right too. Maybe he just felt like a dumbass and that a day break could help his faux pas disappear from your mind. See when he shows up again if he behaves any differently. If he all of a sudden seems more put-together, or standoffish, it may be a sign that he was feeling like a loser and stayed home due to embarrassment. If he comes in sniffling, he was clearly sick. You could also point-blank ask him when you see him where he was and see if he has a response ready.
