My boyfriend hates birthdays?

He said I can’t get him anything for his birthday, he hates getting old and he hates celebrating it. Is that a normal thing? He got super offended when I said I got him gifts for his birthday

If you're 25-29, and I'm assuming you're not dating a guy twice your age, then your guy way too young for this midlife crisis bullshit.

And most men have sense enough to know that even if they don't think their birthdays are a big deal, other people may want to celebrate it.

But even the ones that don't generally aren't dense enough to get upset about other people wanting to celebrate their existence.
