Guys, why do you suddenly get shy around girls?

Especially when guys are super friendly to begin with but after a couple meetings they become shy, quiet, nervous but still check out, stare at the girl from a distance/do double takes

I really don't have a scale it just really depends on lots of things but again I can't get into any relationships because I don't drive at all. If you want a girl you have to have a car.

No I been rejected a lot because I don't drive because I don't have a driver's license or a vehicle and I'm unable to drive.

Sometimes a guy is trying to estimate what the girl is thinking. Women can run so hot/cold that a guy doesn't know how to act

The guy wants some positive feedback. He wants to know you are still interested and he is not moving too fast or getting ready to be rejected.

To counter that, be positive and inviting. Put yourself in his shoes and think how you would feel.

Yeah I think he likes you and is therefore nervous. He doesn't wanna get too friendly if he has a sexual/romantic interest in you, it makes sense. If I like a girl I'll usually get pretty quiet and not too friendly.. Friendly leads to friendship haha

One girl who was in my skool a few years back we were close friends i asked her out she said she already had a boyfriend in another skool then i never really worry about that i carried on with life... Den i think it was last week Friday she approached me and asked u single i didn't really worry at that time i said ya then she talking to me i didn't know what to ask her an all i wanted to ask her out but i never... Lol

It would be that I started off just been friends with her but then probably want more. I become shy since I don't know what she thinks of course. If I think I have a good chance, I won't be too shy. Otherwise I would probably go pretty quite.
