Why does my platonic male friend always talk about how hot other women are in front me?

This is just out of curiousity and something I really don't understand.

As a platonic friend, I also really don't care which female a guy thinks is hot or not. That's their thing. I also don't go around pointing out which guy I find attractive.

And I also don't want to be thought of as "one of the guys" because I'm a female. It's a part of human behavior that males do that puzzle me.

So you're pretty much asking him to change how he is to suit you when you're just friends.
If thats how he is with his friends then why do you expect to be treated differently.
