Is it normal for a guy to refuse to acknowledge your existence after you breakup with him?

I was dating a guy for 3-4 months. He told me that he wanted exclusively date. However, he was cold and distant after we made it exclusive. If we spent time together, we always had fun and he was affectionate. I assumed that he just wasn’t that Into me and ended it. After months, he still refuses to acknowledge me. I didn’t think we ended on bad terms but he seems to have a lot of resentment towards me. He said that he didn’t care when I ended it. However, he refuses to be cordial to me. What does his behavior mean?

It means he wants you permanently out of his life. The best way to handle the pain is to be prepared to cut a person off. It's normal. But, depending on the intent, nobody knows but him. It must have been very serious for him to behave that way. But you cannot expect the person to want anything further. If he has no interest and speaking with you didn't read the time for you to move on and focus on your future. He's now in your past, and he does not have to be part of your present.

But after reading your description here. It does sounds like to me he's not the type of person you should be dating anyway. Guys that behave that way have a lot of problems. What would you have to understand is not about if a person's into you or not the real question is do you respect and care about that person equally as much as he does? He has a lot of trust issues. But by you doing that you probably got him scared and then that was it. Now he don't want anything to do with you because in the end he knows you're going to hurt him again. My suggestion is that you fix whatever insecurity is within you so you won't be attracting people who already have enough insecurities of Their Own. His problems off of him to fix. But you thinking that he's not into you enough is enough to reflect on how you treat others in your relationship. You never assume. You communicate.
