Ways of dealing with an overbearing texter?

Having never been the best when it comes to texting, how do you go about fixing that?

he's nice but its becomes flustering having to answer 3 large paragraphs of texts often with differing feelings usually from not checking my phone often?

Good Question. People today are a little crazy. If they have that much to say then they should send and email or call you instead.

I recommend talking to them and telling them that. I am a busy man and I have no doubt that you have a lot of other things to do as well. I don't even know where my phone is half the time so I am not tethered to it

Just tell him he has to understand the demands your job puts on your time on a daily basis. Your a teacher its not like you can stop in the middle of a lesson and say hold on I have to return this text
