Why would a guy stops talking but keeps liking all my pictures?

We have been talking about 3 months. We have talked about meeting but he insists in turning the conversations always a bit sexual and I usually say that I want to take things slowly. Last time he insisted again and I told again I need time to get involved with someone. After that he stopped to talk first but keeps liking my pictures. Is this mind games or smth?
