I met a guy and I’m really stuck on whether or not I should shoot my shot. I want to talk through the situation with a guy and just see what you think. If you’re down to talk, send me a message. Don’t be weird please... I really just need advice for this very specific situation.

We met because I went to his company for services and he ended up being my main point of contact/the person I worked with most. The majority of our “professional” relationship is over, but I will still want to go back in the future for a couple of other things. Certain things that happened made me think that he may have wanted to talk more too/may have felt the connection, but I can’t be sure if he was just sticking around for work, or because he wanted to talk more

Ehh I kinda do... we met in a sort of professional situation... And while the majority of our professional relationship is over, I still plan to return to them for other services occasionally and I don’t want it to be terribly awkward

The other detail I forgot is that I don’t have any way to contact him directly haha however, I found out he does have a dating app profile that pops up occasionally that I could leave a comment on

oooohhh okay that does kinda throw a wrench in things haha... how did you keep in contact while working? could you contact him that way? have you tried looking him up on any social media?

He called me from their office phone haha... and he actually came out to my home twice, but only one of those times really had a purpose haha... the second time he dropped something off but stayed for a half hour and talked. He also doesn’t have social media haha trust me, I’ve checked

You should've made plans with him/got his number when he dropped by the second time!! in my opinion the fact that he stayed and talked to you for half an hour, means he's interested in you, at the very least it means enjoys your company. So did you match with him on this dating app? Why can't you dm him there? Why does it have to be a comment?

Well it’s hinge haha so we haven’t matched and neither of us have liked each other- he just pops up on mine and I exit out and go back in so I don’t have to accept or deny it😂

I dont know how hinge works I just have tinder and bumble. so I guess your only move would be to like him on hinge and hopefully he'll like you back and you'll match (i think he will based off of what you said)

Yeah so the difference with hinge is that when you send a like, they know it... they don’t have to swipe to find out you liked them- it just shows up as “____ liked you”
