My crush said I look like a doll, is this a compliment?

I have a huge crush on a dude who owns a cafe. We always flirt with each other (always staring and saying my name repeatedly) and it does get sexual most of the time.
The other day I went in to get a drink and he was complimenting my hair colour. I have brown hair and big blue eyes. He was saying how my hair makes my blue eyes stand out even more.
Then yesterday I went in there and I’d curled my hair. He looked at me and as he made my drink he told me that I look like a doll. Then he said he doesn’t play with dolls but kept looking at me and staring into my eyes.
Does it sound like he likes me? And is doll a compliment?
