Do I have to take doll face as an insult or as a compliment?

Out of nowhere my study mate told me I've got the face of a doll, today. It's not the first time I get called a doll face and at this rate I don't really know whether I should take it as an insult or as a compliment 🚶.

I'm pretty sure its a compliment. Dolls are often described as having porcelain skin, button nose, big eyes, etc. These are all 'cute' features.
