Is my boss flirting with me - he keeps touching me/nudging me we we talk?

He leans in very close to me when we talk and nudges me.
He winks at me.
He also never used to do this up until around a few months ago and I’ve worked with him for 2.5 years.

Yeah he has a teenage daughter and he was engaged but they split up many years ago.

Yes, he made one comment about my boobs and he compliments me on my looks and my work a lot.

He is the one of the senior managers so I think it’s a bit stupid of me to think that he’s actually flirting with me or even likes me..
